In the SoF Middle School, students complete three years of Math and Science, three years of double-period Humanities, a year of Spanish, and three years of Art, including Media Art and Drama.

In the SoF High School, all students complete four years of Math and Science, one year of double-period Humanities, three years of English, three years of Social Studies, three years of Physical Education, a course in Health, a course in preparing for college, two internships of their choosing, as well as several elective courses.
