SHSAT SURVEY

Dear 8^th Grade Families,

I am pleased to inform you that there will be an 8^th Grade High School Informational Night on Wednesday, October 16^th at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium.  As there is a lot of important information to go over regarding the high school application process, it is expected that every 8^th grade parent or guardian will be in attendance.

 The evening will cover the following topics:

• A review of the application and the information about your child that is provided on it.
• A discussion of the application process, and how to make informed decisions about ranking each school.
• A review of timelines and deadlines regarding tests, applications, responses, appeals, etc.
• A question and answer segment to address any additional concerns.

After last year’s HS Expo, we are confident you have started to see all the incredible opportunities offered at SOF high school.  We will continue to showcase the fantastic teaching and learning your child will experience if he or she stays, but please don’t hesitate to let myself, Stacy Goldstein, or John Fanning know if you have any questions.
