On June 25th, SoF presented for the second year at the Billion Oyster Project Research Symposium at the Harbor School on Governors Island.  Rising 7th and 8th grade students Nicolas L., Surta S., Eleftheria B., Lizzie A., Tesa M., Bee A., and Himamsu B., impressed fellow students and judges with their enthusiasm for local ecological research, conservation, & experimental design and helped SoF take back an award!

Manhattan Youth and School of the Future honored their student athletes with an award ceremony to celebrate the year in sports.  Lola De Luka and Ben Brussovansky received the SoF Spirit Awards to honor their combination of athleticism, sportsmanship, and leadership throughout the entire school year.  Thank you to all student-athletes for doing such a great job representing SOF this year!
