Digital Blue Card
If there’s something to be grateful for during the pandemic, it’s the demise of the handwritten blue card!!
Please fill out the digital Student Information “blue card” so that we have the most current information for your child.
We need one for every child in the school. If you have more than one child, you’ll need to fill out one form for each student. Don’t forget to hit “Submit” or we will not receive your form.
